Q Will I need to pay a depost?
A Yes before any work is carried out a minimum non refundable deposit of 25% will be required. The remaining balance will need to be paid when the website is complete before the website goes live. Payment can be made by cheque, Bank transfer or by using Payal.

Q How long will it take for a website to be completed?
A This all depends on how big and what content you require. A simple one or two page site can be completed in a matter of day's where as a more complex design will obviously take longer.

Q Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
A No, we do everything for you.

Q Are there any on going costs?
A The only on going cost will be your hosting.

Q What is web hosting?
A Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients.

Q Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
A In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites can generally be completed with contact via email and telephone.
